✦ שמחה ומעמד קדוש בקהילת בני מנשה בשדרות

לקראת ראש השנה זכתה קהילת בני מנשה לשמוח בביקורו של ראש עיריית שדרות, מר אלון דוידי, בליווי עוזרו אדוארד. ראש העיר הביע את מחויבותו העמוקה לקהילה, וציין כי תמיד זמין לעזור ולתמוך בכל עניין – הן בסיוע בחגיגות ובאירועים מיוחדים והן בחיי היומיום של הקהילה.

אנו מביעים את תודתנו והערכתנו החמה לראש העיר אלון דוידי ולעוזרו אדוארד, ומקווים שיזכו להצלחה בכל תחומי חייהם.

ביום צום גדליה זכתה הקהילה במצוות ברית מילה. ההורים המאושרים, פרץ ורחל קיפגן, חגגו את בריתו של בנם אליהו, כאשר כובד לשמש כסנדק הרב נתן בר יוחאי, יושב ראש מוצא דתי.

עם ברכות אלו אנו מאחלים לכולם כתיבה וחתימה טובה ומקווים שהשנה הקרובה תמלא את כולנו בשמחה, בריאות והצלחות.

✦ Joy and a Sacred Occasion in the Bnei Menashe Community in Sderot

Ahead of Rosh Hashanah, the Bnei Menashe community had the joy of welcoming the Mayor of Sderot, Mr. Alon Davidi, accompanied by his assistant Edward. The Mayor expressed his deep commitment to the community, emphasizing that he is always available to help and support in every way – both for festivals and special events, as well as in day-to-day life.

We express our heartfelt gratitude to Mayor Alon Davidi and his assistant Edward, wishing them success in all areas of life.

On the day of the Fast of Gedaliah, the community was honored to celebrate the mitzvah of brit milah. The happy parents, Peretz and Rachel Kipgen, celebrated the circumcision of their son Eliyahu, with Rabbi Natan Bar Yochai, Chairman of Motza Dati, having the honor of serving as sandak.

That same evening, following evening prayers, the community was again privileged to participate in the mitzvah of pidyon haben. The parents, Eliezer and Dina Khongsai, together with the entire community, were delighted to witness Rabbi Rafael Cohen, son of Rabbi Pinchas Cohen Shlit”a, Chief Rabbi of Netivot, perform the redemption of their son Avishai.
